Remote Desktop Services
Our RDS (Remote Desktop Service) provides for a fixed price for your users to report their IT issues to our dedicated UK based support team. We remotely access their PC within helpdesk hours to resolve performance and software related issues within our highly regarded SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Proactive Maintenance & Monitoring
You’ll experience fewer IT problems due to the constant monitoring and maintenance carried out by our proactive support team.
By keeping a close eye on potential triggers for trouble particularly with patching, back-ups, security and server admin and planning improvements on an ongoing basis, our team will reduce the number of times IT issues stop your team from working. They will also analyse the root-cause of recurrent problems to avoid repetition.
The majority of support you receive will be proactive where possible, solving problems before they happen and minimising your need for reactive support. There will always be times when issues arise that we cannot foresee when this happens, we understand you want those issues dealt with quickly.
Fixing Problems Fast
Immediate support when IT issues disrupt your productivity, getting you working again as quickly as possible.
Our UK based service desk is available during regular office hours and out of hours by arrangement, there is always an emergency option for out of hours support. If you’re unable to work at all, we’ll begin fixing your problem immediately, otherwise our excellent response times means you will usually be helped within about 10 minutes.
Faster recovery is achieved by engineers who get to know your systems and specific needs through working in small teams which service the same networks on a regular basis.
We offer options for regular site visits, adhoc site visits or Pay as you go. We can also offer permanent On-site resources if required.

We can remotely administer your servers, checking that the Server security patching, hardware performance and backups are being monitored and maintained. If required we can also include onsite System Admin Services should the need for physical maintenance be required
All of our contract services include unlimited tickets on our helpdesk within service hours, by using the system it allows us to review trends in problems logged and help us find the root cause and fix it rather the keep fixing the symptoms – A proactive service, providing you with peace of mind.
